Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team at VICTORIA WALL ASSOCIATES LIMITED. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, arranging travel bookings and itineraries, coordinating meetings across different time zones, formatting papers, and acting as a project coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage demanding calendars for senior executives.
  • Arrange intricate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Format and compile papers for presentations.
  • Act as a project coordinator for strategic projects.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Experience supporting C-Suite or Board Level executives is essential.
  2. A background in financial services is desirable.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
  4. You must be highly team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  6. Resilience and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Benefits

The role offers a salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience, core hours of 9-6pm, discretionary bonus, pension contribution, 25 days holiday, and season ticket loan.
