We are seeking a skilled Electrical Crane Maintenance Technician to join our team at Liberty Steel Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our electrical systems.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing pre-planned maintenance tasks, including servicing, calibration, and modernization of cranes across multiple disciplines. You will also assist with reactive works, troubleshooting electrical issues, and performing fault finding down to component level.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • Electrical maintenance experience, with a strong understanding of electrical drawings and fault finding techniques
  • A recognized electrical qualification, such as a HNC or Btec Level 4 (ONC or Level 3 considered)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think methodically and pragmatically
  • Good working safety practices and a strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
