Job Overview: Rochford Optics Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Dispensing Optician to join our team as a full-time supervisor in our Rochford-based practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of opticians and managing the daily operations of our practice.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 2-3 opticians
  • Manage day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement business strategies

What You'll Need
  • Fully qualified Dispensing Optician registered with the GOC
  • Leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer
  • A competitive salary between £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
  • A bonus scheme of up to 8%
