Teaching Assistant for Students with Additional Needs

We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Teaching Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to students with SEN.
Key Tasks:
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement Individual Learning Plans (ILPs).
- Assist with lessons and activities to ensure student participation and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience working with children with SEN.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality support.
Working Arrangements:
- A full-time position, approximately 37 hours per week.
- A competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
