Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience of supporting primary age children with SEN who are at risk of or have been permanently excluded from their school during the period of assessment, review, preparation and transition into their new setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support primary age children with SEN in a new setting
- Assess and review the needs of children with SEN
- Prepare and transition children with SEN into their new setting
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:30 – 16:30
