At Matthew Walker Christmas Puddings, we're committed to producing high-quality food products that meet the highest standards of taste, texture, and appearance.

We're looking for an experienced Supplier Expertise Specialist to join our team in Wallingford, working closely with Procurement, Technical, and Quality teams to ensure we meet our rigorous standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supplier management, risk assessment, and food safety protocols, with at least 5 years' experience in the food industry. A degree in Food Science or a related discipline is also essential, along with HACCP Level 3 qualification and experience with BRC compliance and audits.

This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, with some travel required to our site twice a month. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of around £55,000 per year, plus benefits such as death in service, cycle to work scheme, and canteen access.
