We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Clinical Research Project Manager to join our team at the Department of Respiratory Sciences.

As a Clinical Research Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of investigator-led national and international research studies within the NIHR-Biomedical Research Centre's Respiratory and Infection theme.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including NHS organizations, commercial partners, and academic collaborators, to facilitate study set-up and monitoring, ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, and provide line management to members of the research team.

Some UK travel, with occasional overnight stays, will be required, with the possibility of international travel.

You should have a solid understanding of sponsor responsibilities, research governance, and regulatory guidelines for clinical research, as well as experience in managing ethical submissions for clinical studies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in standard office systems, are essential for this role.
