About the Team
Our Children's Emergency Departments are led by a team of experienced nurses who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to children and their families. As a Band 5 Children's Community Nurse, you will join a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement. Our team is committed to providing exceptional patient care and making a real difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities and Requirements
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing interventions. They will also be required to evaluate patient outcomes, communicate effectively with colleagues and families, and maintain accurate records. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent clinical skills, a strong understanding of child development, and a passion for working with children. A degree in a health-related subject and relevant post-registration experience within an Emergency Department would be highly desirable. Additionally, you will need to hold a Registered Children's Nurse qualification, Intravenous accreditation, and Prep for Mentorship course or equivalent.
