Job Title: Senior Marketing Strategist

Join our team at Amazon UK Services Ltd. as a Senior Marketing Strategist, where you will play a key role in driving the right volume of applications from the right candidates at the right time and at the right cost.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing professional to lead our global talent attraction communication strategy. As a Senior Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for owning and delivering effective and innovative global communication strategies that attract the right talent for the right job at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent attraction communication strategy aligned with the company's values and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Recruitment, Marketing, PR, Internal Communications, HR, and Leadership teams, to gather insights into the company's values, culture, and business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content that effectively communicates our employer value proposition, including job descriptions, employee testimonials, blog posts, videos, social media, and event content.
  • Work closely with the Recruitment and Marketing teams to develop creative, impactful, and integrated talent attraction campaigns tailored to specific roles, geographic locations, and diversity and inclusion objectives.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the initiatives and monitor and analyze KPIs, data, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing or marketing research, with a focus on talent attraction and employer branding.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns using tactics such as live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights.
  • Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and metrics.
