Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in Taunton. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household tasks, including laundry and cleaning
  • Support residents with medication management and administration
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
