**Role Overview**
As a Learning Support Specialist, you will be dedicated to mentoring and supporting one pupil or a small group of no more than six pupils in an educational setting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong basic education, ideally to A-level, with a minimum of GCSE Grade C or equivalent in English Language and Mathematics, and sound IT skills.
You will be required to support the Classroom Teacher during lessons, report on pupils' progress and concerns, and liaise with other School staff to ensure pupils' needs are met.
In addition, you will supervise pupils during non-classroom time, including extra-curricular activities and school trips, assist with lesson planning and classroom preparation, and set work where appropriate.
The salary for this role is £19,186.02 - £22,160.57 per annum, based on a 39-week contract, which includes term-time only hours.
