We're seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in the field of artificial intelligence. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our long-term AI strategy and impacting both our users and internal teams.

As Hyble's first AI Engineer, you'll have the freedom to explore and implement a wide range of AI technologies, from leveraging existing LLM APIs and open-source models to developing custom machine learning solutions. We're excited about the potential of both generative AI and traditional machine learning to transform our product and operations.

You'll work closely with our engineering and product teams to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our product suite and internal tooling. You'll also be responsible for prototyping new AI-powered features, demonstrating their potential to revolutionize our user interface and product offering.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:

  • Passionate about the transformative power of AI and eager to share that passion with others.
  • Strong software engineering skills across multiple programming languages (including Python).
  • Experience in fine-tuning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and other techniques to adapt off-the-shelf AI models for specific purposes.
  • Able to combine creativity with a pragmatic approach, applying AI to solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.
