Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional Data Scientist to join our team as a first AI Engineer. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate AI across our entire platform, crafting a first-class user experience with AI-driven features and optimizing internal processes through automation.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, including Python, and experience in fine-tuning, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and other techniques to adapt off-the-shelf AI models for specific purposes.

This role requires a passion for the transformative power of AI and a desire to share that passion with others. Additionally, knowledge of Agile software development practices and a growth mindset are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI solutions that enhance our product suite and internal tooling.
  • Explore and prototype new AI-powered features, demonstrating the potential to revolutionize our user interface and product offering.
  • Continuously research and evaluate the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, identifying opportunities for practical and innovative applications.
  • Leverage and adapt open-source and commercial AI libraries, models, and services to build robust and production-ready AI implementations.
  • Debug, optimize, and fine-tune AI solutions to ensure they deliver exceptional performance and real-world value.

What We Offer:

  • A salary range of £75,000-£95,000 depending on experience.
