Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our financial systems management team in Guildford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects related to financial systems and software within our clients' organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Coordinate the implementation of financial software and systems
  • Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support
  • Identify opportunities to optimise financial processes through system enhancements
  • Gather and analyse data to support process improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
  • Proven experience in financial systems management and project coordination
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and software (e.g., ERP systems)
  • Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion ERP, or Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (Desired)
