Director of Architecture

Rural Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Architecture to lead our architecture team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our architecture practice and ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the architecture team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with colleagues to drive growth and revenue.
  • Project Oversight: Lead project teams, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Management: Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven Track Record: A successful track record of leading projects and teams.
  • Strong Client-Side Experience: Ability to understand client needs and translate them into design solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to contribute to company-wide business development efforts.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate design concepts and lead presentations.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive leadership style with a proven track record of managing teams.
