About AO

AO is seeking a talented and self-motivated delivery driver to join our team. As a delivery driver, you will have the opportunity to work independently, managing your own routes and schedules.

We provide our drivers with fully fuelled vehicles, comprehensive training, and weekly pay, ensuring they have everything they need to excel in their role.

In return, we ask that our drivers possess good communication skills, a valid UK manual licence, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Our drivers work in pairs, with each crew member responsible for their own vehicle and route. We offer a fixed fee per day's route per two-man crew, which our data shows equates to an average hourly rate of £12.50 per person.

Additionally, we reward our drivers with 5* additional payments for exceptional service, providing a further incentive to deliver outstanding results.

To be eligible for these payments, drivers must have contracted with us for at least 4 months.
