We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join our team in Northern Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with 5 years' experience managing large portfolios of properties to take on new challenges and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining up-to-date estate agency information, including property listings, sales data, and market trends.
  • Liaising with external agents and clients to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Producing detailed reports and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Managing rent accounts and late payments, ensuring timely payment and minimizing financial losses.
  • Coordinating check-in, check-out, and property inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing repairs and refurbishment projects to maintain high standards of property condition and presentation.
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and contracts, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and performing administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the business.

About You:

  • You have at least 5 years' experience managing large portfolios of properties, with a strong understanding of property lettings and sales processes.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • You hold a full, clean driving license, enabling you to travel between locations as required.

Estimated Salary:$50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
