Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Manager to oversee our commercial and residential rental portfolios. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and maintaining up-to-date estate agency information.
  • Liaising with external agents and clients to manage rental arrears.
  • Producing reports and recommendations on rental management.
  • Marketing properties for lettings, meeting tenants, and collecting rent.
  • Managing rent accounts and late payments.
  • Coordinating check-ins, check-outs, property inspections, and inventories.
  • Liaising with suppliers and trades for repairs and refurbishments.
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements and maintaining relevant information.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, filing, and other administrative duties.
  • Ensuring properties meet statutory, legal, and health and safety requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We require a highly motivated individual with 5 years' experience overseeing large portfolios of residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have broad knowledge of property lettings and sales processes, including property legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and a full driving license is required.

Location and Working Hours
