About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Orthopaedic Plaster Technician to join our Fracture Clinic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services to patients attending the clinic, theatres, and Emergency department.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct holistic assessments and examinations to implement management plans for patients.
- Provide treatment to patients attending the Plaster Room and assist in the development of new and current services.
- Work closely with the Lead Nurse, Managers, and Multidisciplinary Team to deliver high-quality patient-focused services.
- Participate in the delivery of formal and informal teaching and act as a resource for education and development within the service.
- Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.
