Job Title: Assembly Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations, management, and development of our Hydraulics & PU Assembly Team (HYPU). In this role, you will ensure the efficient supply of components, assemblies, and resources to support our events.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Represent the Team and wider Assembly Group in meetings, supporting team objectives.
  2. Promote the Supply Chain's performance framework (OGSM).
  3. Collaborate with Production Control Group (PCG) to establish and complete daily build activity plans.
  4. Ensure excellent communication across all teams, including traveling and factory-based personnel.
  5. Establish and enforce department working standards working with the Quality Group to support faults/NCR processes.
  6. Ensure assembly build integrity, including correct revisions, build specifications, and electronic build structures.
