Hydraulics & Power Unit Assembly Team Leader

At Aston Martin Red Bull Racing, we're seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations, management, and development of our Hydraulics & PU Assembly Team (HYPU). This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient supply of components, assemblies, and resources to support our events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the Team and wider Assembly Group in meetings, supporting team objectives and promoting the Supply Chain's performance framework (OGSM).
  • Collaborate with Production Control Group (PCG) to establish and complete daily build activity plans, ensuring excellent communication across all teams.
  • Establish and enforce department working standards, working with the Quality Group to support faults/NCR processes and ensure assembly build integrity.
  • Lead the team in achieving exceptional results, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
