The ideal candidate will work a 4 on 4 off 12 hour night shift pattern, from 18:00-06:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with members of the public in a professional manner
  • Conducting thorough searches of people and vehicles
  • Managing gate house duties, including logging in/out all vehicles
  • Greeting visitors and ensuring relevant security procedures are followed
  • Writing accurate incident reports in a timely manner
  • Providing a visible and high-profile security presence
  • Knowledge of security systems, including life safety systems
  • Monitoring alarms and logging information
  • Responding to and dealing with site incidents and emergencies
  • Patrolling the premises to maintain a secure environment
  • Interacting with contractors and ensuring compliance with security procedures

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and make decisions
  • Full 5-year checkable work/education history
  • AVSEC Training is an advantage, but full training will be provided
  • Valid SIA DS or SG licence
