Security Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager - Security Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the security services sector, targeting both static and mobile security personnel services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to ensure continued growth and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Leverage existing leads while generating new ones through networking, cold calling, and client engagement to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the wider business to negotiate and close sales opportunities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Attend trade events and actively seek out networking opportunities to stay ahead of industry trends and drivers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security personnel services sales, with the ability to develop and execute a long-term business plan.
- Strong understanding of security services trends and industry drivers.
- Negotiation skills and ability to lead or support in the negotiation of new sales opportunities.
