The Role

  • Manage client relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Identify and develop business opportunities in the audit sector
  • Develop and lead a team of professionals, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR initiatives
  • Ensure audit projects are delivered within budget, time, and resource constraints

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
  • Have experience in pension audits, including the Pensions SORP
  • Be a seasoned audit manager or ready to take on a leadership role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead audit teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the audit sector
  • Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR initiatives

Requirements

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
  • Experience in pension audits, including the Pensions SORP
