The Role
- Manage client relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients
- Identify and develop business opportunities in the audit sector
- Develop and lead a team of professionals, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR initiatives
- Ensure audit projects are delivered within budget, time, and resource constraints
The Ideal Candidate
- Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
- Have experience in pension audits, including the Pensions SORP
- Be a seasoned audit manager or ready to take on a leadership role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities in the audit sector
- Contribute to the development of group strategies and HR initiatives
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent)
- Experience in pension audits, including the Pensions SORP
