Care Assistant

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Aylsham, Norfolk. As a key member of our support team, you will provide person-centered care to four lovely ladies with learning disabilities, empowering them to live an independent and fulfilling life.
About the RoleThis is a part-time opportunity, working 22.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for supporting our service users with daily activities, such as shopping trips, café visits, and outdoor adventures. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be committed to delivering high-quality care.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A full UK driver's license (essential)
- No prior experience required-we'll provide comprehensive training and guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
