We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Assistant at Runwood Homes Limited. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents in embracing life to the fullest, promoting independence in a kind and compassionate setting.

Our residents and care team engage in daily moments filled with joy, laughter, and purposeful activities that bring meaning to their lives. We welcome care assistants with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with or without experience.

  • Salary estimate: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • We offer 28 – 33 days paid holiday, weekly pay, pension scheme, blue light card, employee assistance scheme, comprehensive induction, and ongoing training.
  • Funding and support towards NVQ Level 1 and 2 in Health and Social Care, free DBS check, uniform, and opportunities to progress your career.
  • Runwood Homes is a leading provider of residential care, dementia care, and nursing care services, established in 1987, with a portfolio of over 58 homes across the UK.
