About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Passenger Fleet Team as a Bus Escort. As a Bus Escort, you will be responsible for transporting vulnerable adults and children with special educational needs to their destinations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with varying capabilities, including those with challenging behaviors. You will be required to administer first aid, medication, and rescue medication as needed, and will need to be willing to undergo training to develop these skills.

As a Bus Escort, you will work closely with the driver to ensure the smooth and safe transportation of passengers. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies, procedures, and legislation.

Key Responsibilities
