About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Passenger Fleet Team as a Bus Escort. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and secure transportation of vulnerable adults and children with special educational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport passengers to their destinations, ensuring their personal wellbeing and safety at all times.
  • Work closely with drivers to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers.
  • Provide support and assistance to passengers with varying capabilities, including those with challenging behaviors.
  • Administer first aid, medication, and rescue medication as required.
  • Participate in training to develop skills in moving and handling operations and other relevant areas.
Requirements
  • Experience working face-to-face with the general public in a service provision environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of varying capabilities.
  • Basic numeracy skills to complete records and documentation.
  • Willingness to undergo training in first aid, medication administration, and moving and handling operations.
