About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Workplace Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee a remote team of 8 members based in various locations, including Sheffield, Hull, Doncaster, and Grimsby.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee and motivate a team of 8 remote members to deliver exceptional service across the client's regional offices.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader for the South to ensure seamless operations.
  • Be hands-on in the offices, providing operational support and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Attend each site 1-2 times per week, requiring excellent time management skills and a proactive approach.
