Property Account Executive

Hybrid Working - 3 days per week on site
Duration: 6 months contract (potential to go permanent)
Inside IR35

Overall Role Purpose: Collaborate with Retail/Property Business Partners to maximize sales, compliance, and passenger experience from all Retail and Property demises and commercial services in the terminal. Supporting with fire safety compliance, assurance of contractual tenancy obligations; management of information to drive reliable and accessible data, process improvement from the planning stage to implementation. Support with the Retail and Property sustainability agenda. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Retail Account Managers, Property Asset Managers, Heathrow's Health & Safety team, Heathrow Engineering, tenants and third-party contractors such as HCC operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and manage property operations plans
  2. Assist with client/customer audits and risk assessments
  3. Perform administrative tasks and data management
  4. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience in one of the following fields preferred: Fire safety, health and safety, risk management, facilities management/compliance, contractual compliance, business management and/or experience of working in a property environment.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Understanding of airport operations and experience of working with teams to achieve improvement targets would be an advantage
  2. Experience working with Heathrow systems such as Airsweb, Heathrow Maps Live, Maximo and Documentum would be an advantage (training to be provided)
  3. Effective communication skills, written and verbal to enable reporting and presenting to 3rd parties, internal stakeholders and business partners essential
  4. Analytical and data management skills essential
  5. Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills essential
