Job Summary

Lionsgate Contractors seeks a highly skilled Health & Safety Manager to oversee the company's health and safety policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management and be able to effectively communicate with senior management and site staff. The role will involve managing and maintaining health and safety documentation, conducting site visits to assess risk, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Management: Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company meets all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess risk and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with senior management and site staff to ensure that health and safety policies and procedures are understood and implemented.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. A NEBOSH NCRQ/NVQ Level 5 IOSH qualification is essential.
