Job Title: Leadership Development Trainer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Leadership Development Trainer to join our dynamic Learning & Development team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering engaging supervisory, management, and personal development training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs to equip our managers with the tools they need to lead effectively and drive success
- Facilitate workshops, seminars, and 1:1 coaching sessions to support the development of our teams
- Assess training needs and customize content to deliver targeted, bespoke learning
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
