Job Description:

As a Field Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our wastewater network across the Anglian Water region. Your primary responsibilities will include clearing blockages in transferred and public sewers, as well as serviceability and structural investigations using CCTV equipment.

You will also be responsible for recommending and installing level monitors in manholes, identifying and suggesting repairs in line with project objectives, and interacting with customers on public and private properties.

A key aspect of this role is undertaking activities to minimize disruption to local residents and meet contract KPIs, while complying with Health, Safety, Quality, Environmental and Fleet policies, procedures and standards.

Requirements:
  • A valid CSCS card or equivalent
  • A National Water Hygiene card
  • Confined Space certification
  • A NRSWA qualification and Manual Handling training
  • Experience in the water and waste industry (highly desirable)
  • A full UK driver's licence, basic IT skills, and the ability to work independently using your initiative
