Job Description
As a Senior Teacher with Randstad Education, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team of educators who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Support teachers in the classroom with student instruction, behavior management, and administrative tasks
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs
- Support students with special needs and provide additional assistance when required
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in elementary education or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
Salary Package
