Procurement Specialist

Everlinked Ltd is a leading manufacturing company with ambitious expansion plans in the UK. We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth.

The Role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in raw material purchasing within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing suppliers, and negotiating the best deals to support our business goals. Experience with subcontract manufacturing and engineering services would be a distinct advantage.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our business continues to grow efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers while working closely with internal stakeholders across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and purchasing raw materials for manufacturing operations
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, lead times, and quality
• Managing supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance and on-time delivery
• Supporting subcontract manufacturing and engineering service purchases where required
• Working closely with production, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes
• Continuously reviewing and improving the procurement process to drive efficiency and cost savings
• Identifying new suppliers and building strategic partnerships to support future growth

About You:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in raw material purchasing within a manufacturing environment
• Experience managing subcontract manufacturing and engineering services is advantageous
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving cost-effective deals
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering value and contributing to business success
