We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Everlinked Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, managing suppliers, and negotiating the best deals to support the business's goals.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in raw material purchasing within a manufacturing environment. Experience with subcontract manufacturing and engineering services would be a distinct advantage.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the business continues to grow efficiently, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers while working closely with internal stakeholders across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and purchasing raw materials for manufacturing operations
- Negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, lead times, and quality
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure consistent performance and on-time delivery
- Supporting subcontract manufacturing and engineering service purchases where required
- Working closely with production, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes
- Continuously reviewing and improving the procurement process to drive efficiency and cost savings
- Identifying new suppliers and building strategic partnerships to support future growth
About You:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in raw material purchasing within a manufacturing environment
- Experience managing subcontract manufacturing and engineering services is advantageous
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of driving cost-effective deals
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering value and contributing to business success
