Company Information

Potters Bar Specsavers is a thriving store that operates six days a week, offering a welcoming and family-like atmosphere to our customers. Our store features the latest Specsavers branding and unitary, making it an ideal location for an Optometry professional looking to grow and expand their business.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff management and customer service. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive the growth of the store and strengthen its connections within the local community.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist with excellent communication and leadership skills. You will also need to have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to manage finances effectively.
