Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the quality and quality engineering functions to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient processes.
  • Conduct non-destructive examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process to guarantee compliance with established quality and reliability standards.
  • Analyze statistical data from processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend new or enhanced methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Qualifications:
    • Must possess a relevant NDT qualification and be PCN Level 2 certified for DPI and MPI or ASNT Level 2 in the aforementioned disciplines.
    • Have knowledge of pipe fittings and flanges utilizing engineering measuring equipment and experience with XRF techniques.
    • Understand the properties of materials, manufacturing processes, and methods, as well as problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
    • Be computer literate with good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive tasks to accurate completion.
    • Be self-motivated, a team player, and able to make effective decisions and work to tight deadlines.
    • Continuously improve activities by seeking new approaches and methods to the role.
