Responsibilities:

  • Delivers technical support to the quality and quality engineering functions, ensuring seamless collaboration and expertise.
  • Conducts non-destructive examination (NDE) and quality control (QC) inspections on products, materials, components, and parts at various stages of the production process to guarantee compliance with established quality and reliability standards.
  • Captures and analyzes statistical data from processes to confirm adherence to established standards or identify deviations, driving continuous improvement.
  • Recommends new or enhanced methods, procedures, and standards to optimize quality and efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    • Must possess a relevant NDT qualification and hold PCN Level 2 certification for DPI and MPI or ASNT Level 2 in the aforementioned disciplines.
    • Knowledge of pipe fittings and flanges utilizing engineering measuring equipment, with experience in XRF techniques.
    • Understanding of material properties, manufacturing processes, and methods, as well as problem-solving and continuous improvement techniques.
    • Computer literacy and excellent communication skills, with attention to detail, particularly regarding specifications and product quality.
    • A self-motivated team player with the ability to make effective decisions and work under tight deadlines, actively seeking new approaches and methods to drive improvement.
