About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Partner to join our forward-thinking national Multi-Academy Trust, Aldridge Education, for our schools based in Brighton and Hove.

As an HR Partner, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our trust by supporting our schools and central team with strategic HR initiatives. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a flexible approach to meet the evolving needs of the trust.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To act as the first point of call in the provision of school support to our Brighton-based schools
  • To work closely with the Chief People Officer and the broader HR team to contribute to and implement national initiatives

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a minimum of GSCE English and Mathematics Grade C or equivalent. You should have extensive experience in providing robust, proactive employee relations advice and be able to use own initiative and work alone when necessary.

You will also need to demonstrate successful management experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy and process development, and change or project management.

What We Offer:

Aldridge Education offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including flexible working opportunities, free on-site parking, good local transport links, staff recognition, generous annual leave, pension schemes, and a refer a friend scheme.
