Female Support Worker

We're seeking a dedicated Female Support Worker to join our team in East Mendip. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism to live their best lives.
In this part-time position, you'll work 15-22.5 hours per week, supporting people to maintain or learn new skills, including cooking, managing budgets, and planning their time. Your passion for helping others and strong communication skills will make a significant difference in the lives of those you support.
Requirements include being a driver with access to your own car, as you'll need to travel to various locations. You'll also be available to work shifts across the week and weekends, including some sleep-in shifts as needed.
