We are an innovative in-house agency supporting individuals with a learning disability and physical disability in Somerset.
We are looking for dedicated team members to support people to access community facilities, such as hydrotherapy, trips to the theatre, cinema, local clubs, and local places of interest.
Ability to drive is essential due to the need to travel across Somerset.
