Main DutiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, safe, and effective care to children and their families in the Paediatric Emergency Department. This will include:
- Assessing and managing patients with a range of paediatric conditions
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
- Providing education and support to junior staff
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Person SpecificationThe ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrable ability to meet the Trust Values
- Qualified RSCN and/or RN with extensive ED experience
- Post-graduate AED Course or working towards one
- 998 or equivalent
- Proven paediatric experience in ED
- Advanced communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Ability to provide high-standard holistic family-centred care
