Main DutiesAs a Band 6 Children's Nurse, you will be expected to:
- Provide advanced nursing care to children and their families in the Paediatric Emergency Department
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in Paediatric Emergency Nursing

- Has a strong background in Paediatric Emergency Nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience

- Has a strong commitment to patient safety and quality improvement, with experience of participating in quality improvement initiatives
