Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Functional Assessor. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' disabilities or conditions and their impact on work life.

You will utilise your clinical expertise to listen to each person's medical history, perform physical examinations, and produce detailed reports for the Department of Work & Pensions (DWP).

As a Functional Assessor, you will meet with clients face-to-face and via telephone/video calls, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and best practice standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' disabilities or conditions
  • Produce high-quality reports for the DWP
  • Meet with clients in-person and remotely, demonstrating excellent communication skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Continuous Professional Development present on your CV
  • Excellent IT skills and experience using software
  • Self-awareness and a focus on professional development
  • Motivation to deliver high-quality customer service, demonstrating empathy and respect
