About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious Restaurant Manager to join our team at Megan's - North London, Herts & Bucks. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our beautiful site and ensuring exceptional service and a great vibe for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
