Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our Pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring that every guest enjoys a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth day-to-day management of Omboo. You will supervise, train, and inspire the Omboo team to consistently deliver exceptional service.

You will ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures unique to our Pan-Asian dining concept. You will lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring each visit to Omboo is memorable.

You will coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless, attentive customer service. You will drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall guest experience.

You will assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules, and administrative tasks. You will maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock control, and security procedures.

You will uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety compliance.

You will embrace and promote the distinctive culture and ambiance of Omboo.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a supervisory role within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
  • Previous experience in Pan-Asian cuisine or a strong interest in Asian dining concepts.
  • Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
  • A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
