Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions, providing voice, data, and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish, and Benelux business markets.
The Marketing Automation and Digital Marketing Expert will play a critical role in leveraging marketing automation technologies to drive demand, nurture prospects, and support the continued growth of Gamma's business units.
This role is responsible for building and optimizing marketing automation programs that align with the buyer journey, enhance customer engagement, and generate leads for sales engagement.
- Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflows, triggers, and campaigns to nurture prospects and drive demand.
- Manage and monitor automated marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with sales efforts and business objectives.
- Utilize platforms like Salesforce Pardot (Account Engage) and HubSpot to automate tasks, measure campaign performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with content, field, performance, and product marketing to align messaging and content with the buyer journey.
- Alongside the operational and analytics teams, help track and report on campaign metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Integrate marketing automation strategies with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, to manage leads, track customer interactions, and measure campaign success.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing and sales platforms, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration between teams.
- Create and manage reports on campaign performance, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance marketing automation processes, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline marketing efforts and improve efficiency, ensuring the team meets its demand generation objectives.
- Support the broader group marketing team and business unit teams in executing marketing strategies that drive growth.
