The Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Highway Development Agreements team, you will be responsible for ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date, enabling officers to easily identify the status of any individual scheme and undertake financial forecasting and performance monitoring for the HDA service.

You will also be the first point of contact within the team to deal with enquiries from solicitors, home buyers/sellers and the general public who enquire about the adoption of development roads in Hampshire. Additionally, you will help to develop and improve working practices within the team to help streamline the road adoption processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all highway development agreements within Hampshire.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries from solicitors, home buyers/sellers and the general public.
