Adult Community Consultant Psychiatrist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Community Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a senior medical advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to our multidisciplinary teams, working with adults and their families to deliver high-quality care and treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and treatment to adults with mental health needs.
- Work directly with adults and their families, liaising as appropriate with other external adult mental health providers and acute hospitals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Specialty Doctors within the service, ensuring their professional development and growth.
About the Role:
This is a new, fixed-term contract for 12 months, part-time post. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of adults, providing expert medical advice and guidance to support their mental health needs.
